Day 51

Week 7.

It's very crazy to think I have already been here seven weeks. Tonight we dropped Emma off at the airport and on Wednesday four more volunteers leave. Everyone I have met here has truly been so wonderful and it has made saying goodbye really hard. There's no way my experience here so far would have been the same without them. 

Baby Sule is still living with us at the compound. To our surprise, today was a national holiday so our plans to go and retrieve his records had to be postponed. As soon as we have them, we will be able to send his x-rays and echocardiogram to doctors in the UK and United States.
